Welcome

B(e) invites you into the World of inclusive yoga and meditation practice. The name B(e) originated from the promise to myself to slow down and feel my truth. The idea of letting go, letting go of everything that no longer serves you, and just being.  ​B(e) still B(e) silent B(e) free B(e) YOU.​Each class I teach is different from the last, often based on a theme to give a focus to our practice. The practice is focused on slow movement with intention and breathe-work. Inspired by Hatha yoga, movement will be slow paced and time will be dedicated to melting and deepening into poses.
My Rise & Shine Yoga class is a practice focused on awakening and energising the body for the day/ week ahead. The weekend early morning practice is a great way to put to rest the stresses of the week passed, providing the space to enter the weekend with a calm and peaceful mind. ​

 

B(e) Art and photography is a personal project of mine. I use art and photography as a form of self reflection and meditation. When I practice art I can turn off all distractions. As an art teacher I try and spread this experience to bring a creative stillness and calm into the classroom. Creative stillness can assist in self expression, self compassion, self reflection  ​B(e) Yoga, Art and photography is a combined space which creates a safe place for art, meditation and breathe-work, focused on bringing us into the present moment, calming and finding stillness in our body and our mind. ​Join B(e) Wellbeing on a journey to better mental and physical wellbeing through the practice of Yoga and Meditation….​** All yoga classes are inclusive to all levels, with various options given each pose **

Founder of B Yoga & Art​Welcome to B Yoga & Art, my name is Lucy. ​I set up B to bring accessible and inclusive Yoga practice to everyone. As someone who has suffered from digestive dysfunction for over 10 years, I have benefited so much from consistent and regular yoga practice, movement and meditation. I aim to share my  journey and help others, and spread the benefits of Yoga through my teaching. Yoga can benefit not only your physical wellbeing but also you mental health. If you would like to practice in person either on your own, with a partner/ friend or in a small group, please get in touch.... 

Private yoga classes either on your own or with your friends are a great way to connect not only with your inner-self but with each other.
All classes will be filled with smiles, laughter and happiness.

All Private classes are held at a location of your choice... whether that be at your home or in a local park

Workplace Yoga

I am also able to offer workplace yoga. If you are interested in offering your colleagues and staff a wellbeing break, I am able to do in office yoga classes in the Bangkok area.

Stretch it out

Stretch is out is a yoga flow with focus on stretching out and lengthening the lower body.
**Top tip: You may need a cushion, a yoga strap or dressing gown belt and a yoga block if you have one.
